Returns: Returned merchandise will not be accepted by the manufacturer Escalade Sports without written authorization. Returned merchandise must be shiped with prepaid transportation. Returns sent transportation collect will not be accepted. Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of shipment. All returns are subject to restocking charge of 20%. Due to the oversize and heavyweight nature of some products, shipping expenses from the warehouse to the customer's shipping address is not reimbursed in a return.
